THIS JOURNAL, a mix of Hobby Radio and Wichita Falls topics, exists because I like to write. Translation: I don't make videos. I've been a CB Radio Operator since 1964. I've held an Amateur Radio license since 1982 and an Amateur Extra since 1983. Now, I do 95% Morse code and 5% other radio stuff. But, I still talk about the other stuff. I post no "tech talk" or "how to" information. I am not affiliated with any radio club or group, but I post publicly available information about them.

Some material was taken from a half-dozen journals (various domain names) I've had over the last dozen years. Some of the domains I still have, and some I don't. A Whois history check (not free) will show that all domains in question were registered to me at the time.

This simple, static website has one mission: to put my text on your screen. Wordpress, or any CMS, is bloated overkill for that mission. Cookies are not used. Personal information is not collected.
